Does the one-off payment buy the software and source code?
The proposed offer covers implementation and customisation, with ongoing use and support charged separately. Usage rights, duration and any requested source code access are defined in a separate agreement.
Is ongoing support unlimited?
The allocation of hours, support hours and response times are agreed contractually. Additional work is handled under the agreed terms.
What about a smaller business or a single department?
The prices shown relate to the example of a larger site deployment. We prepare a suitable quotation for a smaller or differently defined scope.
Are interfaces to SAP or other systems included?
Additional interfaces are described and quoted separately following a technical and operational assessment.
